Since we've been married, we started a tradition of going out once a month on our anniversary day to celebrate and remember that each month together is a precious gift from God. We like to go to a new restaurant each time and try a new ethnic food. This month, month 13, we went out to The Cherry Tomato. A fun classy Italian restaurant. We enjoyed insalata caprese-sliced fresh mozzarella paired with ripe roma tomato, cucumber, and calamata olives with garlic, olive oil, fresh basil and balsamic vinaigrette; pasta primavera; and chocolate mousse accompanied by a bottle of delicious sangiovese wine.
